Indian Foods : As the school summer holidays come to an end, these Savoury Muffins are my newest recipe and perfect for the lunchbox.

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, add Maida.
2. To that, add the grated onions.
3. Now add in the grated cheese.
4. Sprinkle a tsp of black pepper.
5. Drop in some green chillies (as per your taste)
6. Season with oregano and salt.
7. Add in the baking powder.
8. Bring it together by adding a splash of milk.
9. Bring the mixture together by whisking it, avoid lumps.
10. Now the batter is ready.
11. Take a muffin tin and line it with muffin liners.
12. Pour in the batter, two spoons in each liner.
13. Now bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven.
14. Remove the muffins from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
15. It’s ready to serve.

Tip: Do not fill the batter till the brim. Fill it only halfway so it has enough space to rise.

Indian Food Recipes: The best thing about tofu – besides its nutritional value – is the way it carries other flavors, such as the tanginess of this sesame dressing. Serve this warm salad with crunchy breadsticks and a tall glass of iced jasmine tea.

DIRECTIONS

  1. For marinating and dressing, take a big bowl and add soya sauce, rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, sliced ginger-garlic, chopped spring onion whites, honey, salt, toasted sesame seeds and mix it all together.
  2. Add small cubes of tofu in the marination bowl. Mix it and allow the tofu to marinate.
  3. Heat a griller. Place the tofu cubes on it and let it grill on both the sides for a minute or two.
  4. For the salad, take shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, carrots, tomato, onions, spring onion greens, toasted sesame seeds and the salad dressing.
  5. Finally add the grilled tofu pieces in the salad.
  6. Garnish with some spring onion greens.

  • I was excited to visit the ice cream store for their much-hyped The Might Midas. The ice cream, a visual treat, is worth Rs 1,000 thanks to the 24 karat gold leaf that adorns it.

Deconstructing the Ice Cream

  • The fresh waffle cone is first stuffed with what would otherwise be your ice cream toppings like nutty praline, brownie bits, ruby nutties, mini macarons, chocolate balls, toasted almonds, a drizzle of hot fudge sauce, a couple scoops of Belgian chocolate ice cream and a handful of Rocher rocks.

Verdict

  • The Golden Chocolate ice cream was a little too sweet for my liking but when the Mighty Midas fell and I got a chance to dunk my spoon in the bitter Belgian chocolate ice cream (which also happens to be my favourite) the flavours magically balanced off the sweetness.

Around 7.5 lakh candidates appeared for this year’s Class 10 board examination in Gujarat.

Education News: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will declare the class 10 results on Tuesday. Candidates who have appeared for the class 10 Board exam 2019 can check their marks on the official websites of GSEB – http://www.gseb.org.

GSEB class 10 examinations for all Science and Arts streams were conducted between March 7 and 19.

Here’s how the students can check their results:

  1. Log on to the official website, http://www.gseb.org
  2. Click on the ‘GSEB SSC Result 2019’ link
  3. Enter your roll number and other details in the space provided
  4. Click on submit
  5. GSEB Class 10 results will be displayed on the screen
  6. Download it and take print out of the same for future use

BSE Odisha class 10 examinations for all Science and Arts streams were conducted between February 23 and March 8.

Here’s how the students can check their results

फ़ेसबुक पेज ‘India272+’ द्वारा शेयर किये गए 17-सेकंड लम्बे इस क्लिप के साथ कैप्शन में लिखा है: कन्हैया कुमार नक्सलियों को मानता है भोला भाला|

क्लिप किए गए वीडियो में कन्हैया को यह कहते हुए सुना जा सकता है, “किसी भोले भाले आदिवासी को नक्सली बता कर के उसको मार देना, हम इसका भी समर्थन नहीं करते | और ये लोग, जो भोले-भाले आदिवासी को भी मारते हैं, उन्हें नक्सली बता कर मारते हैं, आज जो है, वो लोग जो आदिवासियों के पक्ष में खड़े हो रहें हैं, उनको नक्सली बता कर के मार रहे हैं |” यहां क्लिप अचानक से समाप्त हो जाती है|
