“I am a more mature politician than the others in the state and JSP will win the elections,” Pawan Kalyan said.

Pawan Kalyan

Andhra Pradesh News: Actor turned politician and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan on Thursday expressed confidence that he would take oath as the next Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, adding that his party, in alliance with the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Left parties, would form the government in the state, after the upcoming elections.

Pawan was speaking after he filed his nomination for the Gajuwaka Legislative Assembly in Visakhapatnam district. Scores of fans flocked to the municipal office in Gajuwaka town ahead of his visit, to catch a glimpse of the actor-politician.

“We are going to form government and your favourite Pawan Kalyan will take oath as the Chief Minister. We have fielded winning horses in the election race. By fielding former CBI joint director V V Lakshminarayana, YSRCP leaders will not come for campaigning as they will shiver while facing him. In some places, we have fielded mass leaders. Our candidates are fielded based on who the opponents fielded,” he was quoted as saying.

“I am a more mature politician than the others in the state and JSP will win the elections,” he added.
Earlier this week, Pawan announced that in the upcoming Assembly elections, he would contest from two seats; Bhimavaram in West Godavari district and the Gajuwaka constituency in Visakhapatnam.

Pawan’s Jana Sena Party will be contesting both the Assembly and the Lok Sabha Elections in April. This is the first time that his party is contesting elections – in 2014, JSP had backed the TDP-BJP alliance, which later had a… continue reading full story

The popular actor is contesting from the Bengaluru Central seat as an independent candidate as previously declared. He is set to file nominations on Friday.

The complaint pertains to Prakash Raj using a mike to campaign at a public event on March 12 without permission after the model code of conduct was put in effect. The event was held in Mahatma Gandhi Circle near MG Road in Bengaluru. The Hindu reported that Prakash Raj in his reply to the police has said the event was not a political one and was held under the banner, ‘Media and Freedom of Expression.’

The controversy which is now a police case involves Rosshan Andrrews, Alwin’s son Allwyn John and the woman.

Rosshan Andrrews

Kerala News: For days, an ugly spat between Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews and Producer Alwin Antony has been playing out on the media. The woman who was caught in the middle of the fight has now come out for the time first time and has pledged her support for Rosshan Andrrews.

“I was harassed by Alwin Antony’s son and assistant director Allwyn John Antony. He later threatened to ruin Rosshan Andrrew’s career when the latter tried to intervene on my behalf by speaking to Allwyn’s parents,” Sonia told TNM.

On Sunday, producer Alwin Antony filed a police complaint against Rosshan Andrrews, alleging that the latter broke into his house with goons and attacked the producer and his family. The attack, Alwin claims, happened in his house in Panampilly Nagar in the wee hours of Saturday. According to Alwin, Rosshan had a grudge against his son Allwyn.

Contradicting this, Rosshan Andrrews stated that he and his friend Nawas, had gone to Alwin’s house to sort out an issue when he was beaten up there. Many reports also suggested that the tiff began over Sonia, who was close to both Rosshan Andrrews and Alwin’s son Allwyn John.

Alwin Antony’s son Allwyn John had worked with Rosshan Andrrews in his film How old are you? and was allegedly fired after he indulged in substance abuse despite being warned. This is an allegation that both father and son have denied. They had instead alleged that Rosshan and Allwyn had a fallout over a….. continue reading full story

Hot Chocolate Could Solve Fatigue Problems

Would you rather have medication for an ailment or rather eat something you love and cure yourself? Like chocolate? Sounds, almost impossible?

Hot Chocolate.jpg

Food Recipes: If chocolate could solve all your life problems, you’de keep eating it rather than popping pills. And, hot chocolate seems to be the answer.

It’s scientifically revealed that drinking high cocoa content hot chocolate could be an easy way to reduce fatigue associated with multiple sclerosis, a disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord. The flavonoids present in cocoa resists against the inflammation in the body, which ideally causes fatigue.

Flavonoids are typically found in fruits, flowers and cocoa beans which are high on anti-carcinogenic, anti-mutagenic properties.

“Flavonoids have been found to increase cerebral blood flow by inducing widespread stimulation of brain perfusion, and this could also influence mood, cognitive performance, fatigue perception and ability to perform specific movement tasks.”

Although this research isn’t complete, as far as it goes, hot chocolate can solve fatigue problems in people suffering from Multiple Sclerosis.

Now isn’t this a tasty way to cure a serious problem? I wish the other studies confirm this theory because who doesn’t love some hot chocolate when they’re in pain?
